Sudirman-Thamrin Sidewalk Widening is Done to Provide Comfort For Public

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah said, Sudirman-Thamrin sidewalk revitalization program is done to provide comfort for public.

He explained that as sidewalk is on widening process, transportation mode number will be increased that cause pedestrian activity will be also increased later.

He added, sidewalk arrangement also gives benefits to companies located along the road.

October 8, Sidewalk Project at Thamrin-Sudirman Launched

"Surely the land around the area will be benefited since sidewalk becomes more organized and supported by transportation such as MRT and Transjakarta," he said.

He hopes building owners and managements along the road could support this sidewalk widening program.

"We encourage all businessmen and public to support our development program since it is beneficial for all," he closed.
